We put a cover over one of our fish ponds to grow more fish throughout the winter, and got a lot more than we bargained for! Plants started popping up everywhere. So Erwin decided to harness this growing power and planted everything from radishes to cattails.

This is the San Luis Valley's very own "Tropical Rainforest"
