Spring is in the
air, birds are
singing, flowers are blooming, ....and we're moving alligators! Come see the excitement as we move
some of the bigger "teen" gators to the big pen. They're getting too
big for their quarters and need more room, so this is the weekend that
we're going to move them.

We put a cover over
one of our
fish ponds to grow more fish throughout the winter, and got a lot more
than we bargained for! Plants started popping up everywhere. So Erwin
decided to harness this growing power and planted 
everything
from
radishes to cattails. This weekend we will be giving tours of the
biodome as part of your regular admission. This is the San Luis Valley's very own
"Tropical Rainforest"
